Nel cuore di Dubai Marina, in una città ricca di stili dove dominano le parole lusso e sfarzo, sorge il VQ Ventiquattro Radisson SAS Residence; una torre di 20 piani contenente 152 appartamenti, due Wellness Center, SPA con 2 piscine esterne, ristorante, beauty center e business center. Che cosa rende unico questo progetto in una città come Dubai già ricca di edifici complessi, lussuosi, maestosi e dotati delle più innovative tecnologie? La risposta è semplice: l’importanza del Design e della totale realizzazione “Made in Italy”. La maggiore Real Estate del Medio Oriente, la Abyaar Company, ha affidato il progetto del VQ allo Studio Matteo Nunziati di Milano che lo ha coordinanto in ogni sua fase. Passando dalla “grande scala” allo studio del dettaglio. Dal landscape alla progettazione degli esterni, dall’interior design alla cura del prodotto. Il risultato è una perfetta coerenza estetica e una qualità realizzativa totalmente elevata. Italiani sono anche i materiali impiegati quali il marmo Travertino (molto usato per il rivestimento delle pareti interne della Lobby area e dei bagni), le ceramiche e gli arredi. Le aziende impiegate per l’interior design sono tra i grandi marchi della produzione italiana. Questa sfida di esportare l’eccellenza italiana nella più innovativa metropoli del mondo è una realtà concreta e tangibile nella città di Dubai.
